About the Programme
The CLEO Programme is primarily intended for practicing teachers, Principals, and Deputy Principals. However, we welcome those wishing to further their on-going personal and professional development.
CLEO has three primary goals:
To achieve these goals, CLEO provides: Post-graduate courses in programmes leading to the following qualifications of the University of Hull:

- Prepare and develop leaders for Christian schools who are trained in the values of the Gospel and the Christian tradition of education.
- Offer quality training for teachers that meets actual and practical needs.
- Build a sense of Christian community among students and faculty.
To achieve these goals, CLEO provides: Post-graduate courses in programmes leading to the following qualifications of the University of Hull:
- Advanced Diploma in Education (ADAES)
- Masters in Education (MA Ed)
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
- Diploma in Catholic Education awarded through University of Notre Dame / St Patrick's College Maynooth / CLEO

- CLEO conducts research and publishes papers and materials relevant to the religious, pastoral, and managerial objectives of schools.
