
CLEO Mission Statement
The Christian Leadership in Education Office (CLEO), an incorporated limited charitable company, is committed to fostering and promoting Christian leadership in education, with particular reference to the Roman Catholic understanding and tradition of education, through advanced training and research.
AIMS
The aims of CLEO are three fold:
1. To prepare and develop leaders for Christian schools
2. By means of post-graduate courses and programmes, which are informed by the values of the Gospel and the Christian tradition in education, to offer in-service training for teachers that meets actual and practical needs while, at the same time, maintaining the highest standards.
3. To build a sense of Christian community among students and faculty.
NATURE OF WORK
The work of CLEO is conducted along two principal and complementary lines:
a) Post-graduate courses and programmes:
b) School oriented services, including in-service education and training, symposia, conferences and workshop in various aspects of school management and Christian education for teachers, parents, students, managers and school communities
PUBLICATIONS
CLEO engages in the preparation, production and publication of relevant research of all kinds, of papers and proceedings and of materials designed to help schools meet their religious, curricular, pastoral and managerial objectives.
