Dr. F. J. Steele, a retired Post Primary Principal, is an associate member of the Presentation Brothers, an international congregation of religious Brothers founded by Blessed Edmund Rice in Ireland in 1802.  His impressive qualifications include MA (NUI), and DPhil (Oxon).
