2. FAITH LEADERSHIP:
The current regulations of the University of Hull provide that a student who successfully completes Year I of the ADAES Programme and does not wish to proceed to Year II, may apply to the University for the Advanced Certificate in Applied Educational Studies. Commencing September 2018, and in alternate academic years, YEAR I students will undertake Module 12964, Inner Nature of a Christian School; Module 12966, Dynamics of Curriculum Change; and Module 12967, Christian Leadership in Education. All CLEO modules are conducted with a view to preparing teachers for positions of leadership particularly in schools under Catholic patronage. These three modules are deemed especially pertinent in that context and those who aspire to lead a Catholic school in the Republic of Ireland or who already do so, will find the topics covered in these three very helpful in enhancing understanding of Faith Leadership in a Catholic school.
